Jen is a seasoned marketing consultant and sales executive with 20 years’ experience. She has served thousands of clients in the development of direct-response marketing strategies at every level – Executive Teams (C-Suite), Directors, Department Managers, Legal Counsel, and Individual Agents/Advisors. She works with each of her clients to tailor a marketing strategy that aligns perfectly with their goals. She is an expert on seminar marketing, direct mail, and digital marketing strategies and has been a featured speaker at numerous financial services conferences. She has extensive experience consulting in the highly-regulated financial service, Medicare and legal industries. Jen is often sought by national organizations to help train their financial advisors or insurance agents to become more effective marketers and seminar presenters.

Jen’s number one priority away from the office is being the best mom she can be to her young daughter, Dylan. They currently spend a lot of time reading and swinging from monkey bars on the playground, but whenever she can spare an extra hour or two, you will find Jen at the nearest yoga class. She taught yoga for over a decade, co-owned a community studio, taught teachers how to teach and believes in the power of breath and movement for lifelong fitness.

Matt Donaghue started in the financial services industry in March 2000. He joined Foresters Financial Services in 2006 and transitioned with the firm to Cetera when they were acquired in June 2019. Matt has over 10 years of experience training financial advisors and life insurance agents. His leadership and training skills helped tens of thousands of agents across the United States and Canada to improve their skills in servicing their clients with integrity.

Matt was inspired to enter the financial services industry to help people reach their goals. Through his commitment to integrity and doing what is right for his clients, his mission is to ensure every client has a positive experience. He understands that his clients trust and confidence are earned, not given. It takes hard work, consistency of purpose, and a willingness to do much more than is expected, to build a trusting relationship.

Matt has an extensive and very successful background as a financial services leader and trainer, guiding tens of thousands of other financial professionals toward improving their overall ability to properly and effectively service their clients with knowledge and integrity. He applies this same professional knowledge and integrity when he meets with his clients and prospective clients one-on-one. In addition to his professional career, Matt served as a Staff Sergeant in the Minnesota Army National Guard for over 12 years. His roles included Stinger MANPADS section chief and intelligence analyst, and he participated in operations supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom II (2004-2005) in and around Baghdad.

Originally from Lamberton, Minnesota he now lives in San Antonio, Texas with his wife, Crystal, and their two daughters, Chloe and Charlotte. He loves spending time with his family, and enjoys movies, hunting, and researching historical events. This latter area has led to his passion for historical preservation and veterans affairs, and he is actively involved with the American Battlefield Trust, as well as Veterans of Foreign Wars.
