Jon C. Conlin

Principal Attorney

Jon Conlin is a Principal with Cory Watson, based in Birmingham, AL. A Birmingham native with deep Alabama roots, Mr. Conlin earned a bachelor’s degree from Samford University before earning a JD from the University of Alabama School of Law. A nationally recognized litigator, he has devoted his entire practice to representing plaintiffs in complex product, medical, and toxic tort cases with a particular focus on multi-party consolidated or MDL work. Over his twenty years of practice, Mr. Conlin has been on the trial teams of multiple MDL bellwether or discovery pool cases and has served in various court-appointed lead counsel, plaintiff steering committee, and settlement counsel positions. Furthermore, in addition to his court-appointed positions and trial teamwork, he has personally been involved as the sole, or a primary, contributing settlement model architect for over a dozen confidential global or aggregate multi-party resolutions involving hundreds or thousands of plaintiffs in each.
